    All orders are shipped flat rate $9, unless a succulent is included than orders are shipped priority. Free shipping on orders over $125. No Refunds or Exchanges. If an order arrives damaged, please take pictures of the packaging and damaged products, as required to submit a claim. Damaged items will be replaced upon verification. Most orders are shipped within 1-3 business days, however due to handmade items, longer shipping times might occur. All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking.
